We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the platform. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information is collected automatically.

We use your information to operate and improve the LaunchDrop platform, process transactions and payments, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate platform updates and offers.
3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details or bank account numbers on our servers. Paystack processes payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We only receive confirmation of payment and basic transaction metadata.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with sellers only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order (name, email, branding details). We use third-party services including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Sentry (error monitoring) — each bound by their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with LaunchDrop. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations. If you close your account, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

LaunchDrop is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
