How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is set by each seller and shown on every listing. Most sellers deliver within 2-7 days. The maximum allowed is 14 days.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major payment methods via Paystack — debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money).
What if I'm not happy with the delivery?
You have 3 days after delivery to raise a dispute. Our team will review the case and mediate between you and the seller. If the site doesn't match the listing, you get a full refund.
Can I sell websites I built for clients?
Yes, as long as you own the rights to the website and it doesn't contain confidential client information. We recommend building demo versions specifically for listing.
How does the escrow system work?
When a buyer pays, funds are held securely by Paystack and not released to the seller until the buyer confirms delivery. This protects both parties.
Is there a fee to list on LaunchDrop?
The Starter plan is free and allows 2 listings. We take a 10% commission on each sale. Pro ($19/mo) reduces commission to 8% and allows 10 listings. Agency ($49/mo) allows unlimited listings at 6% commission.
How do I receive my payout as a seller?
Payouts are automatically processed via Paystack to your registered bank account or mobile money number 3 days after the buyer confirms delivery.
